I work with the healing resonances of Reiki and sound vibration to help you target a variety of physical and emotional challenges, support the immune system, promote better sleep and spiritual growth, and release negative thought patterns. I create spaces for community connection and individual self-empowerment through workshops, sacred ceremonies, nature immersion practices, mindful eating practices, and simple rituals to weave balance, harmony, and the sacred back into everyday life.
I am a yoga RYT instructor, Reiki Master, sound healing practitioner, meditation and mindfulness teacher, ACSM Certified Personal Trainer, writer, and community wellness educator.
