Speed Running Day

  Here’s the track where I do speed intervals.  I hate track running day.  A lot.   But at least it’s a beautiful day to do it.  And, I’ll feel awesome when it’s over. Before I began marathon training or became a personal trainer, I never paid much attention to how I ran.  It was as simple as one foot in front of the other, I figured.  Not until I got injured did I even consider examining my running technique.  Improper form, over time, can cause unnecessary aches and injuries.  Here are some things to pay attention to on your next run: 1.
